1. Who we are

FundBiz is operated by Best Business Loans Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16833937, registered office Cust Hall, Toppesfield, Halstead, Essex CO9 4EB.

2. Who can apply

The FundBiz eligibility checker and matcher are open to UK limited companies (Ltd), limited liability partnerships (LLP) and partnerships of four or more members. We do not accept applications from sole traders or unincorporated businesses on this site. Applicants must be authorised to act on behalf of the business.

3. Our role

FundBiz is an introducer of commercial finance applicants to lenders. We are not a lender, do not provide credit, and do not provide regulated financial advice. The matcher routes; it does not advise. The decision to enter into any finance facility is yours, taken on the lender's terms.

4. Applicant warranties

By submitting an application you warrant that:

• The information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.
• You are authorised to act on behalf of the business named on the application.
• You consent to us passing your application data to the lender(s) you select.

5. No guarantee of approval

The matcher predicts which lenders are most likely to approve based on our panel-conversion data. It does not guarantee approval. Each lender runs their own underwriting and may decline.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Submit false or fraudulent applications.
• Use the matcher for any purpose other than seeking finance for a real business.
• Scrape or republish content commercially without permission.
• Attempt to compromise site security.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, branding and matcher logic are the property of Best Business Loans Ltd. Quote brief extracts with attribution and a link back. Bulk reproduction or commercial republication requires written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundBiz and Best Business Loans Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the matcher, an introduction made through it, or any finance facility you take with a lender. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
